WorkflowRadar

Feature

The PDFs your client opens. With your name, not ours.

Every WorkflowRadar report renders with your logo, your accent color, and zero WorkflowRadar branding. The client never has to know we're in the stack.

What "white-label" means here

When you set your branding at the organization level — logo upload + a single accent color — every PDF the platform generates inherits it. That includes:

  • Status: one-page weekly health snapshot for client check-ins
  • Audit: multi-page deep-dive (unowned, undocumented, stale, high-complexity workflows + full inventory)
  • Value: ROI summary for retainer renewals (execution counts, success rate, time saved, AI cost, MoM deltas, top performers)
  • Per-workflow Scorecard: one-page card on a single workflow with 30-day KPIs, sparkline, health factors, and recommendations

None of them mention WorkflowRadar. The cover, the footer, the accent color on charts — all yours. If the client googles the font in the report, they'll find your design system, not ours.

How it actually looks

Cover page: your logo top-left, the report title centered, the period dates underneath. Body pages: your accent color on chart axes, health badges, section dividers. Footer: page number + your organization name. The document looks like it came out of your design team, not a SaaS product.

Setup

Settings → Organization → Branding. Upload a PNG or SVG, pick a color in the picker, save. Every report generated from that moment forward uses the new brand. No per-workspace config, no per-report toggles to remember.

Scheduled delivery

Per workspace, configure a delivery schedule for any of the report types. Pick weekly (day-of-week + UTC hour), monthly (day-of-month + hour), or quarterly. Pick the recipients — usually the client's primary contact and your account manager. The platform generates the PDF on schedule and emails it from your branded sender address.

Failed deliveries don't silently swallow. They retry, and if they keep failing, surface in the dashboard with the reason so you can fix the mailbox or recipient before the next cycle.

How clients receive them

They get an email that looks like it came from you — your name, the PDF attached, a short plain-text note. If you've set up the AI add-on, the email body includes a 2-3 sentence AI-written summary of what the report covers ("Three workflows degraded this week, two recovered, AI spend stayed under your $200 threshold"). They click the PDF and see your brand. Custom sender domains are an Enterprise feature on the roadmap — email us if that's a blocker for you.

Available on

Logo + accent color white-label is included on the Consultant tier ($19). The "no WorkflowRadar mark anywhere in the PDF" guarantee ships on the Agency tier ($59). Need a custom subdomain or other Enterprise-grade controls? Email us — we're building the Enterprise lane and would rather work directly with the first few teams that need it.
