Plain-English workflow summaries, AI root-cause diagnosis on failures, one-line change explainers, per-workflow AI cost tracking, and AI cost threshold alerts. All inputs are scrubbed for secrets (Stripe / JWT / AWS / GitHub tokens, emails, UUIDs, URL paths) before they reach the LLM.
1,000 AI operations included per month. Soft-cap: we notify at 80% and pause new AI generation past 1,000. Monitoring + reports keep running normally — only the AI features pause until the next billing cycle.

Pricing FAQ
When does billing start?
Free plans never bill. Paid plans start a 14-day trial when you subscribe — no charge until day 15. The price you see today is the price you keep, even if list pricing changes later.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for 10 months, get 12. So Consultant goes from $19/mo to $190/yr (≈ $15.80/mo billed annually, save $38/yr) and Agency goes from $59/mo to $590/yr (save $118/yr). Same features, same caps, same trial — just paid upfront. Cancel anytime and we pro-rate the unused portion. Annual customers also get locked in at the price you signed up at, even if list pricing changes later.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime, from inside the app. No long-term contracts, no minimums. Monthly plans keep access through the end of the billing period. Annual plans pro-rate any unused months back to you.
What counts as a workspace?
One client = one workspace. Each workspace points at one n8n instance (cloud or self-hosted). If a client has both a staging and a production n8n, that's two workspaces.
What if I exceed my workspace cap?
We don't auto-charge or hard-block. You'll get a notice and have time to either remove a workspace or move up a tier. No surprise overage invoices.
Are workspace caps enforced today?
Yes — workspace caps are enforced per tier. Hit the cap and you will see a notice with a one-click upgrade. Existing beta-granted customers keep their tier (see the grandfather clause in our terms).
Do prices change at renewal?
Not for you. The price on this page is locked to your account from sign-up date. If we raise list pricing later, the new rate only applies to new sign-ups.
How does the AI add-on work?
$10/mo per organization, layered on top of any paid tier. Includes 1,000 AI operations per month. The first 60 days are free on any new paid tier so you can decide whether it's worth keeping. The add-on isn't available on Free — you need to be on Consultant or above. Soft-cap: we notify at 80% of the monthly budget and pause new AI generation past 1,000. Monitoring, alerts, and reports keep running normally — only the AI features pause until the next cycle. No surprise overage invoices.
What counts as an AI operation?
One workflow summary = 1 op. One root-cause diagnosis on a failure = 1 op. One change-explainer line generated when a workflow gets edited = 1 op. One monthly threshold-alert evaluation = 1 op. AI cost tracking itself doesn't count — it just reads token-usage metadata that n8n already emits. For most consultants 1,000 ops covers a 5-workspace book of work comfortably.
