Product tour
What you'll be looking at every Monday morning.
WorkflowRadar replaces the spreadsheet, Slack channel, and mental model you use to track client n8n workflows. Here's every major surface, grouped by what it actually does for you.
Acme Corp
Know what’s running.
The screen you live in, plus the graph that tells you what depends on what.
The inventory
One filterable table per client — the screen you live in.
Every workflow across the client instance, sortable by health, last run, trigger type, error count. URL-driven filters mean any view you build is a link you can paste into a Slack thread.
Workflows
Workflow detail
Click any row to get an AI summary + 5-factor health score.
A drawer slides in with the AI-written description of what the workflow does, a breakdown of why its health score is what it is, recent executions with the failed node named, and the connected apps it touches.
Dependency graph + app ecosystem
See which workflows depend on which — and which apps carry the load.
Workflow-by-workflow graph laid out by Execute Workflow chains, hub workflows visually bigger. Switch to By-App mode to see integration concentration: which apps appear most often, which ones quietly break the most.
Dependencies
Catch problems before clients do.
Email when something breaks. AI when you need to know why.
Alert emails
An email when something breaks. Another when it recovers.
Failing, stale, and recovered events route to whichever address you set per workspace. Deduped per workflow + type so a flaky one doesn't page you six times in an hour.
Refund handler — 3 consecutive failures
Failing at node HubSpot (auth) since 9:42 AM. Last successful run 1h ago. Likely an expired OAuth token.
AI diagnosis + change explainer
Root-cause analysis on every failure. Plain-English summary of every edit.
When a workflow fails, AI reads the last 5 failures + sanitized error messages + dependency context and writes 3–4 sentences of root cause + remediation. When someone edits a workflow, it captures a versioned diff and writes a one-line summary of what changed. Stripe keys, JWTs, AWS keys, emails, and UUIDs are scrubbed before any text reaches the LLM.
Change + AI cost alerts
New email types: workflow edited, AI spend trending over your threshold.
Opt in per workspace to get notified when a workflow’s structure changes (added nodes, removed nodes, trigger swap) with the AI-written intent summary. Set a monthly AI spend ceiling and we project the month against current run-rate, emailing if you’re trending past your threshold.

Prove your value.
White-labeled reports your client actually reads.
Four PDF report types
Status, Audit, Value, and per-workflow Scorecard — branded, not ours.
Status: one page, weekly health snapshot. Audit: risk breakdown for inherited instances. Value: ROI for retainer renewals. Scorecard: per-workflow KPIs with 30-day sparkline. All branded with your logo and color — zero WorkflowRadar branding on the PDFs your client sees.

Report scheduling
Set it once, the report lands in your client’s inbox.
Weekly, monthly, or quarterly delivery to any email list. Pick the day-of-week or day-of-month and the hour. Failures don’t silently swallow — we retry, then surface the issue in the dashboard.

White-label branding
Org-wide logo + accent color, applied to every PDF.
Upload your logo once at the org level. Set a primary color. Every Status / Audit / Value / Scorecard generated for any of your workspaces inherits it. Need a custom subdomain or other Enterprise-grade controls? Email hello@workflowradar.io — we’re building that lane now.

Also in the product.
Smaller surfaces that compound the daily-driver experience.
Silent failure detection
Node-level execution shapes catch workflows that returned an empty result with no error thrown — schema-only, no values leave n8n.
Slack and webhook alerts
Every alert that emails also POSTs to your Slack incoming webhook. Discord and any JSON consumer work too.
Missed-schedule detection
Cron and scheduleTrigger workflows that should have run but didn't — hours, not weeks, with a sync-self-delay guard.
Workflow folders
Per-workspace color-coded folders organize workflows by purpose. Sidebar tree + bulk-move for team scaling.
Cmd+K palette
Press ⌘K from any page to jump to any workspace or workflow.
Multi-select + bulk actions
Select up to 25 workflows at once to generate scorecards, assign owners, or add tags.
Advanced search
Search across name, AI summary, runbook content, owner, and apps with tag: / owner: / app: prefixes.
Sync error recovery
Failed syncs get a retry button + smart hints (credential vs timeout vs network) instead of a dead end.
Pre-LLM secret sanitization
Stripe / JWT / AWS / GitHub tokens, emails, UUIDs, and URL paths are scrubbed before any text reaches the LLM.
Broken dependency detection
Surfaces Execute Workflow nodes pointing at deleted or deactivated children before the next run fails.
Onboarding auto-sync
Finish the wizard and the first sync starts itself with live progress polling.
AI cost tracking
Per-workflow 30-day token + cents totals, rolled up per org. See which workflow is spending what.
